| Mandie Kinderknecht School Nurse |
It’s almost time for another school year! Just a few reminders:
• Please keep your child home from school if he/she is running a fever of 100° or greater, or if they have been vomiting. Remember, your child must be fever free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school.
• If your child needs to take medication at school, please fill out the proper medication form. You can find the forms on the school website, www.tregoeagles.com, or you can pick them up at the nurse’s office.
• Medications that are to be given at school must be brought in the original bottle. If the medication is to be given for the entire school year, I will contact you when refills are needed.
• If your child’s health history or immunization record needs updated, please call my office so I can get the most current information in the student’s health file.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate
to call me. I look forward to working with you and your child.
