Eagles go 1-2 in Ellis

The Trego Eagle volleyball team had a long night on September 27 in Ellis.

The Eagles started off the night against Phillipsburg, winning their first set 25-13. The Panthers fought back winning the second set 7-25. Unfortunately, Trego lost in three with a final score of 15-25.

Next the Golden Eagles played an exciting game against Hill City. Even though the Eagles played hard they lost the first set 26-28. The girls shocked Hill City, winning the second set 25-15. Sadly, the team lost the third set 21-25.

For the last game of the night the Eagles played Ellis. The Eagles dominated Ellis in the first set, beating them with a score of 25-14. The Eagles had a close second set, but lost 22-25. The girls didn’t give up, winning the last set 25-6.
