Trego volleyball leave Plainville with a 1-1 record

The Lady Eagles volleyball team spent the evening of October 3 in Plainville and left with a 1-1 record.

Their first match was against Plainville. They lost the first game, 19-25. The Lady Eagles came back to win the second, 25-23, bringing the Eagles into a third game against the Cardinals. Unfortunately, the Eagles could not hold off the Cardinals and fell, 18-25.

The Lady Golden Eagles took the court with Ellis Railers. They won the first game, 25-11. The Lady Eagles dominated with a close win against the Railers, 25-20.

Senior Janae Huxman emphasized the team’s performance. “I think we improved from previous games and are taking a positive step in the right direction. I feel we are starting to get our rhythm back.”
