Dietz places in top sixteen and state tennis

On October 13-14 Adrian Dietz travelled to State tennis in Prairie Village, Kansas, at Harmon Park. Dietz placed in the top sixteen with a 1-2 record.

Dietz started the day playing Lydia Miller from Sterling and lost in two sets, 1-6, and 4-6. In the second round, Dietz faced Emma Powell from Maranatha Christian Academy winning 9-6. In Dietz’s final match, she played against Savannah Noel from Osborne, losing 5-9.

Dietz’s reflected on her first state appearance.

“It’s an experience and it recognizes all the dedication coaches and players put in and I learned a lot.”
