Trego vs. South Gray at first home game

Trego faced off against South Gray in their first home game on September 8.

The first quarter was quiet with neither team scoring.  During the second quarter, Hunter Olson caught a pass for the first touchdown for the Eagles. Keagan Shubert had a two yard run for a second touchdown. However, South Gray made a touchdown in the final seconds of the first half. When the teams left the field, the half was 14-20.

During the second half, Olson once again scored a touchdown for the Eagles, but interceptions gave South Gray an advantage, and they scored two touchdowns. The third quarter ended 20-34. The two teams remained even with each scoring one touchdown during the fourth quarter. Sophomore Hunter Price, catching a 26 yard pass, made the final touchdown for the Eagles.  When the clock ran down, the final score read 26-40.

The Eagles will next face Quinter at their Homecoming on September 15.
