On Tuesday, April 10, Trego boys hosted 3 teams: Colby, Sacred Heart, and Scott City.

Number one singles player, Branden Swart, ended his day placing third. Swart fell to his first opponent from Scott City, 0-8. He bounced back in his second match winning 8-2, against Sacred Heart. Swart fell to Colby in his final match of the day, 1-8.

Number one doubles players, Austin Kinderknecht and Leyton Brock also ended their day placing third. Kinderknecht and Brock fell to their first two opponents, Scott City and Sacred Heart, 3-8. However, they came back and won their final match against Colby, 8-4.

Number two singles player, Dylan Pfeifer, placed fourth. Unfortunately, he fell to all of his opponents.

Number two doubles players, Dylan Johnson and Jory Micek, also fell to all of their opponents. They ended their day placing fourth.

Coach Dietz commented on the meet “We are improving on a lot of things and especially getting more consistent in serving. Our placings didn’t show it, but we played competitively and improved each match.”
